We use Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service, which aims to deliver within 2-3 working days and includes online tracking for your convenience. However, please note that this is not a guaranteed 48-hour service, and while most parcels are delivered within the expected timeframe, occasional delays can occur.

As the delivery process is managed by Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for any delays once your parcel has been dispatched. Please note that we do not offer refunds for shipping fees if your parcel is not delivered within the 48-hour timeframe, as this is beyond our control.

Return Labels: We can provide you a Royal Mail Tracked 48 Return Label for £4.99, as soon as we have received the request Via your account (order history), we will send a link to the payment portal. Once paid, we will send you the downloadable shipping label to return the item back to us via Royal Mail (post office). UK Customers Only

We can arrange a DPD collection from your home address for a fee of £22.50. Once you request this service, we’ll need you to provide a date when someone will be present for the driver to collect the parcel.

After the item has been returned and processed, the £22.50 fee will be deducted from your total refund. No Label required for this service.
