Returns Policy

IMPOXER LIMITED T/A MAKROM offers a simple returns policy for all products purchased through our website www.makrom.co.uk, subject to certain exceptions listed below.

Guidelines for Returns:

Return Window: Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving them.

 

Return Labels: We can provide you a Royal Mail tracked 48 Return Label for £4.99,as soon as we have received the request, we will send the label attached on a link. Once we have received the item back we will deduct the £4.99 off the total refund.

Return Fee: A £1.99 return fee applies to repeat customers when returning online orders. This will be deducted from your refund. First-time orders and faulty/incorrect items are exempt from this fee.

 

Product Condition: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with swing tag labels attached. Items must be in a resalable condition.

Return Form: Ensure the Return Form is filled in for us to identify the order.

Refunds/Exchanges: Delivery charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, the item will be exchanged at the purchase price (excluding delivery fees).

Non-returnable Items:
Products that are used or damaged.
Products that cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons.

Offer Purchases:
For offers (e.g., 3-for-2), all items must be returned to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Responsibility for Returns:
Return shipping costs and responsibility lie with you. We recommend using a traceable courier service and obtaining proof of postage, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
