UK Delivery

  • Same Day Dispatch: Orders placed and authorized before 3 PM (Monday to Friday) qualify for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 3 PM, or on weekends, will be processed the next working day.

    Note: Orders placed on Fridays before 3 PM (unless using Special Saturday Delivery) will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders Under £79.99:
  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £4.99 (2-3 working days)
  • Next Day Delivery (DPD): £6.99 (1 working day, orders must be placed before 3 PM, weekends excluded)
  • Saturday Delivery (DPD): £14.00 (For orders placed on Friday before 3 PM)
International Delivery
All orders are shipped from the UK. Impoxer LTD T/A Makrom is not responsible for any customs charges or taxes applied when your order reaches its destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and vary by location.
  • Europe: £14.99 (3-5 working days)
  • Rest of World: £20.00 (5-7 working days)
Orders Over £80 (UK Only)
  • Next Day Delivery (DPD): Free (Excluding weekends)
Important Information
For security reasons, we can only ship to the address provided at the time of order. We cannot be held liable for lost or undelivered parcels due to incorrect shipping addresses. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the courier to arrange delivery to the correct address. Alternatively, we can wait for the parcel to be returned to us by the courier and reship it, though additional postage charges may apply.

Delivery Information – Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service

We use Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service, which "aims to deliver within 2-3 working days and includes online tracking" for your convenience. However, please note that this is not a guaranteed 48-hour service, and while most parcels are delivered within the expected timeframe, occasional delays can occur.

As the delivery process is managed by Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for any delays once your parcel has been dispatched. Please note that we do not offer refunds for shipping fees if your parcel is not delivered within the 48-hour timeframe, as this is beyond our control.
